COLLABORATION 1

Jane Liddell-King reading her prizewinning poem The Golden Calf.

In 2006 Nancy made a series of watercolour studies to illustrate her Cambridge friend Jane Liddell-King’s prizewinning poem The Golden Calf. While visiting in London in 2014 Nancy made this recording of Jane reading the poem.

The illustrated booklet was launched in 2022.

In 2018 Jane was poet-in-residence at Strathnairn Arts Centre and a joint exhibition titled Juxtapositions was held there.

COLLABORATION 2

From 2002 to 2006 Nancy also collaborated with handmade paper artist Jacque Scammell in Cumbria by producing works in which paper and watercolour were of equal value.
